Orders of 10,000 tickets or less ship same day if you place the order before 12pm (EST) and approve your proof before 2pm (EST).

All sales are final once you've approved your proof via email. Tickets are not shipped until we receive your approval via email.

Because all tickets are custom made to your requirements, ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. You are responsible for any and all custom, taxes and duties.

We ship via USPS and FedEx.

• FedEx does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
• USPS is less expensive, but FedEx is guaranteed and offers better delivery tracking.
• Delivery costs are based on the weight of the package and the delivery address.

During the check out process you're able to get an exact quote for the cost of shipping to your delivery address. Simply choose the delivery method that best suits your budget and time-line.

International Shipping
We are able to ship your order anywhere in the world via FedEx International Delivery or USPS. You are responsible for any and all import taxes and customs duty.

Wristbands Return Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your wristbands!

Whether you order Tyvek or Plastic wristbands, if you're not entirely satisfied with your product, you may either exchange it for another item or return the unused order for a full refund.

We can only refund a full order, so unfortunately, if you use 25 or so out of the 500, we can't return the unused portion. However if you order 500 Neon Green and 500 Red and decide you don't need the Red, you are welcome to return them.

If you're not sure whether you need 5,000 or 10,000 wristbands for your event, order 10,000 and then return the unused wristbands (in multiples of 500) for a full refund or exchange.

Custom Wristbands Refund Policy

So, the only bad news is that our custom wristbands are non-refundable. Sorry, but because custom wristbands are designed especially for you, we can't sell them to another customer, so custom wristbands are always non-refundable.

Return Policy Procedure

1. Contact us to confirm your return and get a Return Authorization form from us
2. Ship the wristbands back to us using a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or USPS with Delivery Confirmation
3. Return the wristbands to:

4. Make sure you write your RMA# on the front of your package.
5. Remember that you only receive a credit for the wristbands. Original shipping costs, and the cost of returning the wristbands to us is non-refundable.
