Help Ordering Using a Ticket Template

1. Browse over 100+ different ticket templates
2. Choose a design
3. Download a 'Ticket Text Template' to let us know what you want printed on your tickets. They are available in several different formats.
4. Enter the information that you want printed on your ticket and save the 'Ticket Text Template' on your computer.
5. Add the required number of tickets to your basket. Prices start as low as only $0.05 each! (pricing guide)
6. Enter the starting number for your first ticket.
7. Upload the 'Ticket Text Template' along with your order.
8. If you have multiple orders (e.g. GA and VIP tickets) you'll need to submit a 'Ticket Text Template' for each order.
9. Complete and pay for your order! You can compare different shipping prices.
10. You'll receive a proof via email. If you pay for your order before 12pm ET you will receive your proof the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will receive a proof on Monday.
11. Approve your proof via email.
12. We'll complete your order and send you your tickets. (Orders with emailed approvals received by 2pm ET will be printed and shipped out that same business day.)
13. Check your order status at anytime by logging in your account.
