1. What will appear on my credit card statement?

The charge on your credit card statement will appear as TA Ticket Printing LLC

2. Are the tickets perforated?

If you choose from any of our pre-printed templates, the tickets will be perforated. There are 2 parts to our tickets. Body and Stub. The total ticket length is 5.5 inches of which the stub is 1.75 inches long. The tickets are 2 inches high.

Adding a perforation to our custom tickets is optional. For more information, view the product page.

3. Is there a set up fee?

No. Not for General Admission tickets. For tickets with Reserved Seating/Assigned Seating there is a one time $100 set up fee for a new seating chart. If you use the same seating chart again on a future order, the set up fee is waived!

4. Can I see a proof before I pay for my order?

5. Is every ticket numbered?

If you choose from any of our pre-printed templates, the tickets will always be numbered. Both the body of the ticket and the ticket stub have sequential numbering. Adding a perforation to our custom tickets is optional. For more information, view the product page.

6. Are the tickets stapled together in a book?

No. The tickets are securely banded together in stacks.

7. Can I print on the back of the ticket, or change the pre-printed disclaimer?

Not on our pre-printed tickets. The back of these tickets is pre-printed and cannot be changed. The disclaimer is an industry standard waiver. (view disclaimer)

If you'd like your own disclaimer, choose our custom tickets product. You can print whatever you want on our full custom tickets on both the front and the back of the ticket.

8. What size are the tickets?

Our tickets are 5.5 inches long and 2 inches wide.
